Benoît Ghestem
After a career in international business management, Benoît decided to devote himself full-time to his passions – Alsace, cultural tourism, oenology and gastronomy – by founding Magnific Escapades.
The rigour acquired in his previous roles, and his excellent knowledge of the business world, allow him to offer tailored-made quality services.
In addition, his years of living and working in Denmark and Saudi Arabia, have helped him develop a keen interest in foreign cultures and people.
Very attentive, Benoît always has his heart set on creating unique and meaningful experiences, to be enjoyed by all his clients!
Cécile Coiffard
Avid traveller and discoverer, Cécile grew up in another wine region, the Rhone Valley, but she quickly fell in love with Alsace where she moved for her studies in 2013. After her graduation in Marketing, Communication and Events at EM Strasbourg business school, Cécile spent 2 years working at an Alsatian winery, promoting great local wines and wine-tourism.
Proud ambassador of Alsace, Cécile joined Magnific Escapades as a Project Manager in April 2019, ready to share her passion for the region and its wines!

Lara Schraft
Graduating with a BA in Foreign Applied Languages, Lara developed her taste for the hospitality and tourism industry, by serving an international clientele during her rewarding experiences in Basel, Baden-Baden and Strasbourg. Following an internship at the Cave des Hopices de Strasbourg, she decided to focus on wine tourism, joining the Master in Tourism Management at EM Strasbourg, which she completed whilst on work-study with Magnific Escapades.
In her words, “the attractive landscapes, the rich cultural heritage, and the tasty cuisine of Alsace, attribute a unique charm to this beautiful region, absolutely worth discovering!”
Laetitia Dietrich
After many years of Marketing and Communication studies, Laetitia decided to combine her skills and her passion for tourism by joining the Tourism Management Master at Strasbourg Business School.
Enthusiastic about travels and new technologies, she travelled all around the globe but feels at home in Alsace, one of the most welcoming places she had ever experienced.
She recently joined the Magnific Escapades teams and put all her energy discovering the secrets of the region to create the best stay for you. Change of scenery, curiosity, meeting new cultures and traditions, that is her conception of travelling she wants to share with you.
