Flexible cancellation policy

The customer shall pay cancellation fees to Magnific Escapades, according to the following schedule and unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Cancellation policy for half day and day tours:

• Possibility to postpone your half day or day tour one time without any extra charge up to 3 days before the departure.
• Cancellation more than 30 days before the beginning of the tour: refund of 100 % minus the processing fees of 20 € per person,
• Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the beginning of the tour: cancellation fee of 30 % of the price,
• Cancellation between 14 and 4 days before the beginning of the tour: cancellation fee of 50 % the price,
• Cancellation less than 3 days before the beginning of the tour: cancellation fee of 100 % of the price.

Cancellation policy for stays with a minimum of one night:

• Possibility to postpone your stay one time without any extra charge up to 5 days before the beginning of the stay and of the services,
• Cancellation more than 30 days before the beginning of the services: refund of 100 % minus the processing fees of 50 € per person,
• Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the beginning of the services: cancellation fee of 30 % of the price,
• Cancellation between 14 and 4 days before the beginning of the services: cancellation fee of 50 % the price,
• Cancellation less than 3 days before the beginning of the services: cancellation fee of 100 % of the price.
